- Scribe: take notes about what we want to do and email it to PLC as meeting minutes
- SPL: draft a TMP and send it to Truong for checking before end of Tuesday
- Truong will check and send back for changes if needed during the week and will post to the website after it is finalized
- TMP finalization deadline is end of day on Thursday before the meeting
